SITAR,Inc.
is a minority owned small business organization that provides Strategic
Information Technology Architecture Resources, primarily to Federal Agencies,
to meet the requirements of Clinger-Cohen
Act and Government
Performance and Results Act. SITAR's goal is to bring harmony among
knowledge workers, functional and IT managers by improving information flows
among people, processes, organizations and information systems.
We can help facilitate Enterprise Architectures (EA), develop required EA documents, develop web-enabled relational databases for providing Architecture guidance to assist "Select", "Control" and "Evaluate' phases of Capital Planning and Investment Control Process. CEO of SITAR, Inc., Mr. Subhash Paradkar has over twenty-five years of diversified management, consulting and technical experience in improving information flows and business processes among organizations and information systems. He is a subject-matter expert in implementation of GPRA, Clinger-Cohen Act, and associated laws and guidance from OMB, GSA, GAO and Federal CIO Council that govern IT project management. He has developed current and target Enterprise Architectures that link Federal agency's mission to goals, strategies, processes, organizations, information flows, data, application, and technology infrastructure. He has developed web architecture for transactional and collaborative processes. Customers include International Affairs agencies and DoD (Army, Navy, and Air Force). His team has highly educated skilled technologists and business analysts, writers and web-developers experienced in developing Architecture models, conducting business process improvements using current tools and techniques, Total Quality Management philosophy, and Operations Research techniques. The team has integrated functional processes into web-enabled decision support systems, developed program, process and IT performance measurements, migration and implementation plans. Subhash has received numerous awards from DoD agencies and the State Department for his dedicated public service. |
